2. Accounts
Accounts are set up by Hewbie for registered businesses. You must keep your login details safe, and you are responsible for activity under your business's accounts, including your staff users.
3. Using the service
- Use Hewbie only for lawful business purposes.
- Don't try to access other businesses' data, disrupt the service or reverse-engineer it.
- You must have the right to store any data you put into Hewbie.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into Hewbie. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees
Any fees will be shown on our Pricing page or agreed with you before you are charged.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Hewbie running smoothly but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features from time to time.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Hewbie at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. On request we will help you export your data.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
